Job Title: Risk Governance Program Manager

Must have specific Risk Governance experience.

- Global Technology Model Governance space based around all aspects or Risk and Model Governance.
- Moving towards some AI Modeling as well in the future.
Must Haves
- MAIN emphasis is on the Model Governance / AI Robotics Modeling knowledge more than it is on what they call themselves. They can make a home for any kind of strong resources.
- BA / DA / PM - Can work with either of the three if they posses the Model Governance work.
- PERSONALITY is everything as they are working on talent upgrades to get the "bad apples" out.
- Interacting with high level leaders and partners within the body of work.
- Expected to present findings, track deliverables,
- Expected to build and support programmatic execution in order
- After execution, close the thematic issue.
- Advanced/Expert MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven presentation skills (written and oral): ability to present key messages, recommendations and information in a clear, concise and insightful way and synthesize information
Position Summary-
Onsite-Hybrid- regular hours
This role directly supports execution of key priorities related to effectively managing model governance for Global Technology.
This role will coordinate model technology risk and control governance execution, program management and routines horizontally across Global Technology. The strongest candidates will have a love for investigating, analyzing and problem solving; great partnership and communication skills; and ability to understand the details, as well as synthesize them into meaningful recommendations, conclusions, and management reporting.
Assess and advise on improving process and methodologies of current program and project management implications throughout projects' timelines; including development of strategies, readiness assessment, development of training and communications.
Responsibilities:
• Building and maintaining a strong working relationship with senior LOB supervisors to ensure the control environment remains robust and relevant.
• Management, analysis, and performance of key control tasks for the business as requested
• Active participation in governance routines that may include preparing and presenting documentation to both diverse and senior audiences
• Provide support and engage directly where required with internal stakeholders
• Undertaking program-wide initiatives to enrich the control framework, including identification/resolution of Audit Issues, and performance of deep-dives to identify control weaknesses or gaps in processes/activities that require remediation
• Collaborating with key control/support partner groups to improve the quality of supervisory reporting/tools and controls/monitoring processes
• Work within a team to ensure transparency and consistency of roles, processes, and accountabilities, and enhance governance and associated documentation as identified
• Driving operational risk program deliverables as directed from senior team leaders that included but not limited to Risk and Control Self Assessments, key metrics, and operational event reporting
Required (hard) skills/experience
1. Program management experience
2. Competency with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
3. Demonstrated ability to operate as a change agent and driving change across diverse stakeholders’ groups
4. 3-5+ years recent experience in a Risk & Control environment
5. Comprehensive understanding of project management theory and team dynamic
6. Domain expert
